What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, there is one spare fold down settee plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is only 12 miles from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes.

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa overlooks a lake with an illuminated fountain.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

Do you have any facilities for small children?

The villa comes complete with a cot and highchair.

What entertainment is provided?

For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation and DVD,s. For the older children and the adults there is a fully equipped games room.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

Are there stores near by?

The villa is 2 minutes from Publix supermarket.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There is a wealth of restaurants on highway 192 which is 5 minutes away.

Are there any medical services nearby?

There is a 24 hour pharmacy 2 minutes south on Highway 27

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

How do we book?

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
